Gold Hoppy Cider

弘前市を中心とし、Jリーグ入りを目指して頑張っている「ブランデュー　弘前FC」の１０周年を記念して醸造。　選手が収穫を手伝った工藤農園さんの「Lucky Gold®」という品種を使用し、さらに、”ふじ””ジョナゴールド””テキカカ”と4種類を混ぜ合わせ、酸味と甘みのバランス、そしてアルコール７％を感じさせないドリンカブルな飲み心地に仕上げました。

We teamed up with our local professional soccer team and two local apple farmers for this cider. Using 4 different apples including the trade marked Lucky Gold®, Fuji, Tekikaka, and Jonah gold. We fermented it with German Bavarian Wheat Yeast.  This cider has a moderate body with aroma of pears, pome fruits, and light pineapple. A nice balance between sourness and sweetness make it highly drinkable for 7%.
