東京・目黒にあるDODO Houseさんと一緒に作ったビールです。ドイツのWeizenにdry hoppingしたビール。ニュージーランドの Nelson SauvinのホップがWeizenの特徴であるバナナとクローブに白ぶどうのアクセントを加えます。ローアルコールなのに、味、香り、ボーディがしっかりしてるビール。ずっと楽しめる味わいです。

We brewed this beer in collaboration with Dodo House in Meguro.  A German wheat beer base with a hoppy twist.  We decided to add some Nelson Sauvin to the beer to complement the banana and clove with some white grape character.  A nice low abv beer with a lot of character and body to help make it taste and feel bigger than it is.
