去年の12月、アメリカ帰省した時、どこのブルワリーに行ってもDDHラガーありました。見つけたら必ず飲んで、しっかり勉強しました。　IPAの香り、ホップのパンチ、フルーティーさが好きな人にはもってこい！でもボディーは全く重く無く、ドライ。２杯、３杯と飲めるドリンカブルなビール。今回使用したホップはストーンフルーツ（桃、青リンゴ）とシトラス（オレンジ、ライム）と最後に少しgrassyさが感じられます。　日本でもきっと人気が出るはずのビールです。

After spending a month in America last December I saw that almost every brewery offered a DDH Lager.  I drank it every time it was on the menu.  A full nose of hops while still being dry, crisp, and super drinkable.  We went with Triumph, USD008, and Simcoe to make this lager a delicate but fruity beer with depth.  Stone fruits (peach, green apple) citrus (orange and lime) with some grassiness.  This is a beer everyone will have another of for sure.
