This beer is easily one of the most unique beers we’ve ever made—and that’s saying something! There are so many things that make it special:

1️⃣ A Collaboration with Kyoto Brewing Company – Some of our best friends in the brewing industry!
2️⃣ Sugi Wood from Kyoto – Repurposed from construction sites, instead of letting it go to waste, we used it to condition the beer, giving it a truly distinctive wood character. Think fresh-cut wood, sauna vibes, or a sake masu made from sugi.
3️⃣ Traditional Meets New – We used six of Germany’s finest malts for a rich yet simple malt backbone, combined with classic Tettnang hops and a touch of Freestyle Pacifica to bring together old-world nobility with a modern twist.
4️⃣ Southern Cross Hop Kief Finish – This adds an extra layer of bright hop aroma that craft beer lovers can’t get enough of!
