しかも今回は、異なるロットのカスケードホップを使い分けることで、単一ロットでは出せない複雑さと奥行きを実現しました。

Sukotama

Sukotama is a crisp and dry lager brewed with an intense focus on a single hop: the classic American Cascade. But we didn’t stop there—we used multiple lots of Cascade to bring out layers of character you wouldn’t get from just one. Expect citrus, subtle floral notes, and a touch of fruitiness, all wrapped in a super drinkable, clean finish.

This is lager season, and Sukotama is ready.
