青森市の泰幸商事さんが陸奥湾の新鮮な帆立を丸ごと乾燥させました。

県産のホタテをビールと一緒に楽しんで頂ければと思います。 

These are whole dried scallops from a local scallop farmer in Aomori City.  We wanted to have something that our customers could enjoy with their beer while also enjoying local products from Aomori.
