 昔からあるクラシカルなweizenではないけれど、かなり面白く醸造できたビールです! Dry Hopを少しだけし、香りと味はほとんど酵母からくるように。トロピカルフルーツや、マンゴー、パイン、バナナ、少しクローブ。　Weizenの良さをそのままに、ちょっっぴり遊んだ、半分Weizen?みたいな感覚のビール。

What an interesting beer! We did a light dry hopping but we got the most flavor from the yeast. We pushed the hefeweizen yeast to it's limit and what you get is this beer. Tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), banana, and a little bit of clove at the end. Not a standard Weizen but definitely a unique one!
