まだまだ Hazy作りますよ! ただ今回はまだ手に入れることができない研究中のHop、「 301 Mosaic」を使用しました。フレッシュホップを思わせる風味のMosaic。どんどん進化していくHopに目が離せません！！Hazyの醸造が続いているので、ちょっと変化を！！と思い、今回ブラッドオレンジをたっぷり入れてみました！クリーミーな口当たり、ブラッドオレンジの爽やかな甘みと軽い酸味、フルーティさが爆発！！ブラッドオレンジの Hazy IPAです！

We are sticking to our guns and decided on making another Hazy IPA. This time we used experimental 301 Hops that might be the new way hops are processed. To freshen things up we decided to add a huge amount of blood orange puree as well. The beer is a creamy, tangy, and fruity Hazy IPA that is perfect as the weather starts to warm up.
