2020年にオープンし、
弘前市の醸造所「Be Easy Brewing」のクラフトビールや、
日本各地のクラフトビールをボトル販売してきた「Aomori Brew Pub」。

2021年夏から、待望のクラフトビール醸造＆販売。

 ガラス越しに見える小さなクラフトビールの醸造所では、
毎週、新しいビールを造っています。

 醸造するのは Local Ingredients(地元の食材) を原料に使用したビール。
林檎はもちろん、青森カシス、桃、梨などのフルーツをはじめ、
地元で作られた蜂蜜、トマト、お米、
地元民に愛される老舗自家焙煎喫茶店「マロン」の珈琲豆など、
地産の原料を活かしたビールを醸造していきます。

弘前で造るビールの名前は津軽弁ですが、
青森で造るクラフトビールには
「安方」「新町」「古川」など、街の名前をネーミング。

地名をボトルのラベルにすることで
青森のことを、世界中の人に知って欲しいのです。

またここでは、私たちと一緒に、
クラフトビール造り体験や、
オリジナルビールを醸造することもできます。
結婚記念日、誕生祝い、お店の記念日などに、
いろんなテイストのクラフトビールを醸造してみませんか？
きっと楽しいと思いますよ。

こぎん刺し模様の照明、津軽塗のテーブル、あけび蔓細工のランプなど、
