9周年を記念した「どさ！じゃいごさ！」は、青森のシードル醸造所と酒蔵とのコラボレーションで誕生した特別な一杯です。シードル醸造所にはりんごの品種を選んでもらい、ジョナゴールドを使用。さらに、酒蔵の豊盃からは新鮮な黄麹を提供いただきました。これらをBe Easyの受賞歴あるAomori Aleのベースレシピに加え、青森ならではの味わいを表現しました。

ホップの効いたアメリカンウィートエールに、シードルのようなりんごの風味と香りが重なり、さらに黄麹が奥行きを与えています。シードル好きにはりんごを、日本酒好きには繊細な麹の香りを、そしてAomori Aleファンには馴染みのある味わいに新しい発見を楽しんでいただけます。

“Dosa! Jaigosa!” continues our anniversary theme of collaboration — this time bringing together a local cidery and sake brewery to create something uniquely Aomori. The cidery selected Jonagold apples, and the sake brewery Houhai provided fresh yellow kōji. We combined both with our award-winning Aomori Ale base recipe to craft a beer that bridges cider, sake, and beer traditions.

The result is a hoppy American Wheat Ale with the bright flavor and aroma of cider, layered with subtle complexity from the kōji. Each sip offers a new perspective — cider lovers will recognize the apple character, sake fans will appreciate the delicate kōji notes, and Aomori Ale drinkers will enjoy a familiar yet refreshing twist.
