9周年を記念したアニバーサリービールのひとつ「どさ！ゆさ！」。今回は、青森の中でも特別な温泉「ハッピー百沢温泉」にスポットを当てました。一度は閉館の危機にあったものの、あべこうじさんが買い取り再生してくださったおかげで、今も素晴らしいお湯を楽しむことができます。本当にありがとうございます。

このビールは、百沢温泉でゆっくり浸かったあとに飲みたい一杯。ドライでキレがありながら、ホップの香りが華やかに広がるウエストコーストピルスナーです。

ベースはピルスナーモルトに少量のカラピルスを加え、ホップはすべてアメリカ産の**モザイク、モザイククリオ、EGコメット（クロスビーファーム）**を使用。トロピカル、シトラス、ほのかなダンク感が心地よく続き、湯上がりにもう一口飲みたくなる味わいです。

Another of our 9th anniversary beers, Dosa! Yusa! is a fan favorite brought back with new meaning. This year, we wanted to celebrate one special onsen — Happy Hyakuzawa Onsen, which was once at risk of closing like many others in Aomori. Thanks to Abe Kouji-san, who purchased and revitalized it, we can continue to enjoy its wonderful hot spring waters. Thank you, Abe-san!

This beer is exactly what I’d want to drink after a visit to Happy Hyakuzawa Onsen — dry, crisp, and packed with hop aroma. A West Coast Pilsner that drinks easy but carries the punch and character of a West Coast IPA.

Brewed with pilsner malt and a touch of carapils for balance and foam retention. We kept the hops all-American: Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and EG Comet from Crosby Farms, delivering tropical, citrus, and slightly dank notes that linger beautifully and leave you wanting another sip after a long soak.
