季節の移り変わりとともに仕込んだ「岩木山の秋」。フリースタイル・マニリタ、カスケード、アイダホ7、ネルソー・ソーヴィンを組み合わせ、フルーティーな香りと味わいを程よい苦味で引き締めました。発酵にはヴォス・クヴェイク酵母を使用し、通常の高温ではなく16℃から低温で発酵。よりクリーンな発酵にわずかなフルーティーさが加わり、独自の個性を持つ秋の一杯に仕上がりました。原料の可能性を追求する私たちの姿勢を映すビールです。

Brewed to celebrate the arrival of autumn, Iwakisan no Aki showcases a mix of Freestyle Manilita, Cascade, Idaho 7, and Nelson Sauvin hops. The result is a fruity aroma and flavor balanced with moderate bitterness. Fermented with Voss Kveik yeast at cooler temperatures (starting at 16°C), this beer offers a cleaner fermentation character with subtle added fruitiness. A unique seasonal Pale Ale and a reminder of how far our ingredients can be pushed.
