Be Easy開業前から「いつでも頼れるアメリカンペールエールを届けたい」という想いで仕込んだ、私たちの最初のビールがデビーズ・ペールエールです。ピルスナー、小麦、少量のミュニックモルトを使い、クリーンなアメリカンエール酵母で発酵。モザイクとフリースタイル・カスケードを組み合わせることで、しっかりとした苦味に、モダンなフルーツ感とクラシックなグレープフルーツやフローラルの香りを調和させました。10年以上にわたり造り続け、多くの方に今も愛されている定番ビールです。

Debbie’s Pale Ale was the first beer we ever brewed, created before Be Easy even opened with the goal of offering a year-round American Pale Ale you could always rely on. Brewed with pilsner, wheat, and a touch of Munich malt, clean American ale yeast, and hopped with Mosaic and Freestyle Cascade, it balances firm bitterness with both modern fruit-forward hop character and classic grapefruit and floral notes. A true staple, brewed for over 10 years and still enjoyed by many today.
