「Friends for 10」は、毎年青森へ遊びに来てくれる私たちの最高な仲間「Titans」との、今年の周年記念コラボレーションビールです！

今回のリクエストは「ダンクでホッピーなアメリカンペールエール」。ベースには、私たちの定番ビール「Debbie's Pale Ale」のモルトビル（ピルスナーモルト、小麦モルト、デキストリンモルト）を採用し、煮込みとドライホップには、私たちが現地でハンドセレクトしたこだわりの Idaho 7 と Simcoe を贅沢に使用しました。アメリカンエール酵母「LAX」ですっきりとクリーンに発酵させています。

クリーンでフレッシュなアメリカンペールエールは、私たちが日常で一番飲みたいスタイルのビールであり、ビール業界で働く醍醐味を感じさせてくれる最高の仲間たちと分かち合うにはこれ以上ない一杯です。

"Friends for 10" marks this year’s anniversary collaboration with our great friends at Titans, brewed during their annual visit up to Aomori!

Their vision for this batch was a dank, hop-forward American Pale Ale. We built the foundation on our "Debbie's Pale Ale" malt profile—utilizing Pilsner malt, Wheat malt, and Dextrin malt—creating a clean canvas for our hand-selected lots of Idaho 7 and Simcoe during the boil and dry hop. The beer was fermented nice and clean using WHC Lab LAX American Ale yeast.

A crisp, fresh American Pale Ale is exactly the style of beer we love drinking ourselves, and it's even better when shared with the wonderful friends who make working in this beer industry so worthwhile.
