"Adohadari" is a brew based on one of Gareth's favorite styles, the Belgian Wit. We created a classic profile using Belgian yeast and coriander, with a unique Japanese twist: using sudachi peel instead of orange peel.

Refreshing citrus derived from sudachi, floral and citrus notes from Indian coriander, and the subtle spice of Belgian yeast. By adding Freestyle Wakatu to these, we have added further depth of citrus and florals.

Despite this level of complexity, the finish is incredibly light. With a soft and slightly fluffy mouthfeel from the wheat and oats, it is a beer you can enjoy glass after glass.

Adohadari is our latest take on one of Gareth’s favorite styles to drink — a Belgian Wit. Built with Belgian yeast and coriander, we swapped the traditional orange peel for Japanese sudachi peel to give the beer a distinctly local citrus character.

Bright citrus from the sudachi peel, floral and citrus notes from Indian coriander, and a touch of spice from the Belgian yeast are layered with Freestyle Wakatu, adding even more citrus and floral complexity.

Despite all of this character, the beer remains highly drinkable, with a medium body and a slight fluffiness from the wheat and oats.
