Friends for 10

A 10th-anniversary collaboration with "Titans," our best friends who come to visit us in Aomori every year! We used select ingredients chosen on-site, using them lavishly and fermenting them to achieve a crisp, clean finish. A classic style where refreshing aromas and a bold bitterness resonate beautifully. It is truly the perfect special glass to raise in a toast with our dear friends.
