"Nigorrato" is our latest release, inspired by the popularity of a TDH IPA we brewed a few months ago. By using plenty of wheat and oats as a base, we've created a body that can handle a substantial amount of hops.

We used U.S.-grown Mosaic, Anchovy, and Simcoe, along with Freestyle's Waimea and Kohia Nelson. It features an aroma that leaps out of the glass, but with a balanced profile that doesn't go overboard, allowing you to thoroughly enjoy the fruity hop character.

With an ABV of 6.5%, it sits right in our preferred range while maintaining a robust hop intensity. It's the perfect glass for when you find yourself thinking, "I really want a hoppy beer like this."

Nigorrato is our newest TDH IPA, following up on a version we brewed a few months ago that everyone loved. Built on a base of high amounts of wheat and oats, the beer has the body needed to support a full hop load.

The hop lineup includes Mosaic, Anchovy, and Simcoe from the U.S., along with Waimea and Kohia Nelson from Freestyle New Zealand. The aroma jumps out of the glass without being overdone, allowing you to fully enjoy the layered fruit-forward hop character.

We kept the ABV at 6.5%, right in the range we like, without sacrificing any of the hop intensity. This is the beer you reach for when you want that bold, hoppy experience.
