津軽弁の「すぐだまる」は、「縮こまる」という意味。
そんな名前とは裏腹に、グラスからはホップのキャラクターが勢いよく溢れ出す、パンチの効いたWest Coast IPAに仕上がりました。

ベースにはLagerモルトとPilsnerモルトを贅沢に使用し、わずかに加えた小麦モルトで口当たりを調整。非常にクリーンで明るい黄金色のボディに仕上げました。

注目のホップビルには、クリーンな苦味をもたらすColumbusに加え、煮込みの各段階とドライホップ（Cryo含む）にChinookを大量に投入。王道の松やダンク、シトラスのフレーバーをしっかりと引き出しました。さらに、モダンな味わいを引き立てるためにAnchovy、Vista、そしてニュージーランド産のWaimea(Hopkief)をドライホップにブレンド。アメリカンエール酵母ですっきりと発酵させることで、トロピカル、シトラス、そして心地よいダンク感が何層にも重なり、一口飲むたびに驚きが広がる一杯です。

Sugudamaru

A punchy West Coast IPA where bold, dynamic hops refuse to stay quiet

"Sugudamaru" takes its name from the Tsugaru dialect meaning "to immediately become quiet or well-behaved"—but the hop profile in this beer is anything but tame.

We crafted a super clean and bright golden canvas using a grain bill of premium Lager and Pilsner malts, rounded out with a touch of Wheat malt. Fermented with a clean American Ale yeast strain, this creates the ultimate crisp backbone for the hops to truly shine.

We went big on Chinook throughout the boil and into the dry hop (including intense Chinook Cryo) to anchor the beer with that classic, resinous pine and firm bitterness. To elevate it into the modern era, we layered in a heavy dry hop blend of Anchovy, Vista, and Waimea(Hopkief). The result is a beautifully complex aromatic profile bursting with bright citrus, tropical fruit, and deeply satisfying dank notes that linger just long enough to make you crave the next sip.
