Brewed for the Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival, this beer is a clean IPA built on a pilsner malt base. Throughout the kettle, whirlpool, and dry hopping, we used our favorite hop, Mosaic, which we have used since our founding. This time, we used both Mosaic T90 and Mosaic Cryo to bring out its full charm.

A well-balanced West Coast style with firm bitterness and aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. It has a clean, drinkable finish perfect for enjoying glass after glass while viewing the cherry blossoms.

Brewed for this year’s Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival, this beer is built on a clean pilsner malt base and showcases one of our favorite hops — Mosaic, a variety we’ve been using since day one of Be Easy. We used Mosaic throughout the entire process, including kettle, whirlpool, and dry hopping, combining Mosaic T90 and Mosaic Cryo to bring out its full character.

The result is a balanced West Coast IPA with a firm bitterness and layers of citrus and tropical fruit aroma. Clean, crisp, and highly drinkable, it’s designed to be the perfect beer to enjoy while taking in the best cherry blossoms in Japan.
